    You will have longer face-to-face time, better communication, and no wait times. You will be able to text and call me with any questions. My focus is on keeping you healthy!

    In the membership model, patients can talk to their doctor whenever and wherever they need them, with no extra costs. This significantly increases access to a doctor and decreases the cost to a patient. Talking to your doctor when you need them has tons of benefits.

    I have chosen a membership model because it’s affordable to the patient and allows me to care for my patients (whom I love!) in the best way I know how.

  • Yes. Total LifestyleMed Care complements the care of your primary care provider or your specialist. TLC’s focus is on lifestyle-related conditions. Total LifestyleMed Care does not provide primary care. You will need a Primary Care Provider for routine care and acute illness/injury. Please call 911 for any emergency (examples include chest pain, difficulty breathing, seizure, bleeding)

  • Membership is paid on a monthly basis .

  • If you are unhappy with the services OR for any reason wish to cancel your contract, you may do so with a 30-day notice. All contracts are automatically renewed unless a 30-day notice is received by us not to renew.

  • Some patients utilize their health savings (HSAs), flexible spending (FSAs) or health reimbursement accounts (HRAs) to pay our fees as “qualified medical expenses”. Legal experts have recommended these patients follow the best practice of paying annually or semi-annually. If requested, we can provide you with an invoice and/or submit a notice to your employer if any questions arise about our programs. Please note that we cannot provide tax or legal advice, and you should consult your own tax advisor for guidance. A detailed invoice can also be provided upon request should you decide to submit the cost to your insurance for possible reimbursement. For non-member services, full payment (credit card or check) must be paid at each appointment.

  • We use a telemedicine app, Spruce where you can communicate securely via text or phone call. You may also use your patient portal through Elation Health
